I' m Chandlee Bryan and I can help you tell your story. After working for years as a career counselor and a brief stint as a recruiter, I founded Best Fit Forward in New York in 2008. Now located in New Hampshire, Best Fit Forward provides a limited number of clients with services ranging from individual career assessment, resume writing and LinkedIn profiles to webinars, corporate communications and training materials.

In software, recruiters seek to hire full stack developers - people who can write front-end code that makes apps and programs easy to look at and use, while making databases and the back end of the code work.

After completing training in career coaching, resume writing and the same techniques 70% of Fortune 500 recruiters use to find candidates, I consider myself to be a full stack career management advisor. I bring to my work a Master’s degree in counseling and 15+ years of experience working with individuals and groups as a career advisor.  My mission is to help you identify and pursue great opportunities while also working to ensure that you don't get overlooked along the way.

Outside of work, I am an avid knitter and have taken master classes in storytelling. As I listen to others talk about their experiences, I am continually seeking to find and identify metaphors that connect skills, interests and personality with relevant opportunities.
