Career Services Office was contacted by the Food Network because they are filming an episode here in Lebanon, NH and needs volunteers. What a great opportunity to see what goes on behind the scene! IF you are available for any of the shifts below, please contact Ally directly as stated. Remember to be professional in all contacts and behavior. Following is a portion of the email sent to us:
"The Food Network is filming an episode of Restaurant: Impossible May 4th and 5th at a local Lebanon restaurant (name and exact location TBA closer to shoot date). We are looking to put together a crew to help with the renovations of the restaurant. Students will be working closely with Food Network's celebrity chef Robert Irvine, HGTV's Lynn Kegan, and Restaurant Impossible's construction manager, Tom Bury (painting, crafting, construction, remodeling, cleaning, decorating etc. depending on skill set).
This is a volunteer position, but meals will be provided. Also a great way to learn about production on set. Students should be okay with being on camera and wear comfortable clothing & sneakers/boots with no logos.
Here are the shift times available:
Friday, May 4th: 1pm-8pm
Friday, May 4th: 8pm-2am
Saturday, May 5th: 10am-6pm
Please let volunteers know they are not limited to one shift. They can email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with their preference, and I will mark them down.
